For families who qualify and commit to the contract of participation we offer personalized coaching, housing support and financial assistance. Working with your coach you will create a personalized housing search plan and set achievable goals that support your journey toward moving to a high opportunity community. What the Making Moves Program Offers Personal Housing Coach A dedicated coach will guide you through your move—from planning to post-move support. Help Finding the Right Home We assist in locating homes in well-resourced neighborhoods that qualify for Making Moves. Financial Support Eligible families may receive help with broker fees, application fees, and other moving costs. Landlord Incentives Based on the location of the move an additional bonus may be available for landlords.
