In collaboration with the Suffolk County Landbank Corporation (SCLBC) and the New York State Attorney General’s Office, SCLBC purchases abandoned and foreclosed homes and CDLI rehabilitates them to a high-quality standard. CDLI then makes them available for sale to qualified first-time home buyers.
Our goal is to revitalize Long Island neighborhoods and to promote homeownership.
