Effective February 27, 2024, CDLI is unable to issue new Tenant-Based Housing Choice Vouchers (“voucher pause”), which is expected to remain in effect in 2025 until further notice. CDLI will share any updates/changes to this pause from NYS HCR  as soon as that information becomes available.
