CDLI’s Financial Fitness, Health & Wealth course is a four-session workshop series designed to help individuals and families build lasting financial stability through practical education and behavioral change. The course focuses on everyday financial decisions and provides the tools needed to improve financial habits, manage money effectively, and work toward long-term financial goals. Offered exclusively via Zoom, this interactive program covers: • Basic banking and financial services • Budgeting and money management • Savings and financial planning • Understanding and improving credit • Debt reduction strategies • Consumer awareness and predatory lending prevention Participants will learn how to create a workable household budget, reduce debt, increase savings, and strengthen credit. Both renters and homeowners can benefit from the practical, real-world guidance provided throughout the course. Program Details: • Four-session workshop series • Exclusively offered via Zoom • Opportunity to continue with one-on-one Financial Coaching after graduation Graduates may enroll in Financial Coaching to receive personalized long-term guidance from CDLI’s Financial Coach. Coaching sessions help participants apply the skills learned in class while working toward goals such as improving credit, increasing savings, and achieving greater financial stability. Financial strength is built through informed choices, clear priorities, and practical tools. This course is designed to help participants take control of their financial future with confidence.
